zeynep renda
self portrait artist
zeynep is an istanbul based self portrait artist with a degree in art history from mimar sinan fine arts university. this grounding shaped not just how she sees art, but how she lives inside it. studying the history of the human form became the quiet beginning of a much more personal journey.
in 2022, zeynep entered the nft space and found her truest voice as a self portraitist. what began as exploration became devotion, a practice of turning the gaze inward,
of becoming both the artist and the subject.
zeynep's work is rooted in the belief that the body is sacred. not a statement, but a sanctuary. her approach to nude art from the same spirit that moved the old masters the reverence found in renaissance marble, in cathedral light, in the pieta. to render the human form is, for zeynep, to honor creation itself.
not exposure, but recognition. not provocation, but prayer.
every body carries the same quiet dignity.
and when all labels fall away, what remains is simply that - the body, and the grace it holds.
fun fact: zeynep's dedication to lowercase comes from equality.
* a reminder that beneath everything, not even a letter stands above the rest, because we are all the same.
zeynep's work has been shown internationally, including aia paris, nua casa in são paulo
and the nfc summit in lisbon.
